What is the production time for the different products?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process your order and start production (printing your custom made product). Production time varies between products, and may take 1-4 business days.

When will my order ship?
Once your product is ready to ship, it should take 2-5 business days to ship around the US.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
For customers within the USA - no taxes will be added at checkout.
If you're ordering from outside the USA - local taxes & custom charges may apply, according to local tax laws and the sum of purchase. We highly recommend that you research those taxes prior to purchase.
How much is the shipping cost?
Our fast shipping in the USA cost $10 per order. On all US orders $85 and above - we will provide with free shipping.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Our Pricing is tallied up using individual product prices so if you are thinking about purchasing 5 or more products, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to work on a discount for you.
You simply pay the cost of our shipping fees to send it to you.
I've ordered two or more items, but only received one, why?
Sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages in order to avoid additional fees.

Please keep all delivery packets as we will require them for evidence of shipment.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Will the colors of the product look like the colors on your website?
Computer screens display colors differently and that is one reason that you might receive slightly different colored products. We assure you the design will remain the same.
My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
Why was my order canceled?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com
